Air Liquide Turkey Visits MOF4AIR Unit at Tüpraş Refinery

As part of Work Package 2 (CO₂ Transport), Air Liquide Turkey met with the Tüpraş team at the Tüpraş İzmit refinery in October to visit the MOF4AIR project site. This initiative focuses on developing and demonstrating MOF-based (metal-organic framework) CO₂ capture technologies. Within the Eastern Lights project, CO₂ captured at MOF4AIR will be transported and stored at the Eastern Lights storage site. During the visit, partners discussed CO₂ specifications and technical requirements, strengthening collaboration for a sustainable carbon management solution.
